To this day I do not not know what police actions are being taken against our government, but local city detachments this is beyond their level of authority because this is a federal and international crime.
This lawyer is real, and this case was happening. There were attempts on his life, and eventually he got arrested at a protest in Europe and this lawyer that is licenced in Germany and the State of California has been in jail ever since. The charges were never ratified, and they are breaking every rule of international law by holding him. He has been able from time to time communcate from jail. This is the world we are living in.

My friend in Ontario told me yesterday that the long term care Centre that her parents are in now are “strongly recommending” that caregivers get the jab. She is mortified by this and afraid she won’t be able to visit her parents if she doesn’t get it and she is very against it. For now it’s not a requirement to visit but she doesn’t know what to do if it becomes a requirement. I have given her the Justice centre’s web link. I also told her that it’s illegal fir them to do have the jab as a requirement to visit her parents. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Ok, lets be clear on terminology. You cannot cancel a pandemic. There is no court case. On June 9, the emergency act was revoked. Quite possibly from a court application from Rocco that has not gone to court yet. Probably won’t now, since the order has been revoked. That is a trick of the government. They got challenged, so lets end the emergency act, and create a reopening act that gives us the same power. This in fact is a dodge and weave tactic of the Ontario provincial government. However, as Rocco states, when you revoked an emergency act, that means the emergency is over. That is how a constitutional lawyer interprets it. Thats how a sane person interprets it.
