Good Stores

In this section, these are the worst offenders of enforcing mask policies, and not honouring mask exemptions.  We must move our purchasing power away from these stores, and send them a message that they do not deserve our business.  Only buy reducing their bottom line will they learn that we are the customer, and disrespecting us will cost them money.

These guys honour mask exemptions.  For all of your shopping needs go to this store.   If someone is at the door asking you if you want a mask, you simply decline, or say, you have an exemption.  No further questions will be asked.  Won’t it be nice that after we bring enough people’s awareness to this fact, we will have a shop that we can walk into and see peoples faces?

Take a moment out of your day to tell them how much you appreciate that they respect mask exemptions.  It sends 2 messages.  1 to Save On, to keep it that way, and 2, it sends a message to any prying competitive eyes, that we are moving our spending dollars to a store that respects us.

I just went to the store on Trethewey in Abbotsford, and no one questioned me, even though I was the only person in there without a mask.  No one was rude to me.  I had some looks from people, but not bad ones, or shaming ones.  Probably just curious in how I was in there without a mask.  So this one is good until further notice.  I will make updates on this page if there are any changes.   I will not take down things based on other peoples experiences.   If I get away without problems, that means you can too.  But don’t walk into any place timid.  Live your life like you always have.   Now my grocery needs are met, and my liquor needs are met.  What else do we really need?  LOL.  Oh ya.  Clothing.  I will work on that next.

Very pleased to learn that my favourite Burger place respects mask exemptions.  I am speaking specifically of the location in Abbotsford on South Fraser Way, but I visited twice this week, and both times was asked about the mask, and I simply responded that I was exempt, and was seated without no further explanation asked.  Great job Red Robin.

This refers to the location in Mission, BC.  They respect mask exemptions, and I do not have a problem anytime entering their stating the mask exemption.  I am a regular though, so now I don’t have to say anything.  I think the key here is to educate your favourite spot, and once you do this, be free to live the way you always have.
