László Szarka, the Hungarian ambassador of Clintel, recently invited Clintel director Marcel Crok to give a talk in Budapest for the Energy Working Group of the Batthyány Society of Professors. It was the last talk in the lecture series “How much? What is how much?”. Crok focused his talk on the Clintel book The Frozen Climate Views of the IPCC. He gave a lengthy introduction into the IPCC and discussed some highlights from all six IPCC reports. He then gave some striking examples of the errors and biases that the Clintel book documents about the latest AR6 IPCC report. We thank László Szarka for organising the event and for recording it. The full talk can be viewed below. The slides can also be viewed separately here.
Guus Berkhout, president of Clintel, recorded a short introductory talk for the event in which he highlighted the importance of an open scientific debate.
