There are some factual things I would say are wrong about this court case being the determining factor of Alberta pulling back on restrictions. Certainly, public pressure is one of reasons, but only through massive public pressure from people will anything make a difference. In case I misinterpreted Patrick as taking credit for Alberta’s recent dial back on restrictions, this was not simply the case of this court case.
All credit to any success we have is due to each and every Canadian doing their part. Keep up the great work! They are starting to cave, but we must mot stop, or even think that these rollbacks are permanent. they have an agenda, and we know what it is. In his interview with Dan Dicks and Stew Peters, Patrick was emphatic about the court repeating and recording (i.e. stenographers) the statement that the virus had not been isolated PLUS the point that the judge was fullly apologetic to Patrick. Both are glaring omissions from the transcript you have provided. if this is the full transcript then it will immediately raise a number of “pertinent” questions.

The judge described the procedings as criminal-like or somesuch. If that is so, then, where are the criminal defence lawyers that the courts provide to people who have no represenation? Or is there some big hurdle to qualify?
I realize that when PATRICK took this one, back when there were no laywers stepping forward and no fight the fines fundraising, he probablly felt he had to go it alone. Right now, I think he could get a lawyer and make this a constitutional case from which his lawyer could be compensated by the losing government side. Sure some amount needs to be provided upfront, but that can be got.

Hey David, my mother was handed out a face mask fine back in March of this year. She is a 75 year old senior citizen that has had asthma for over thirty years and can not wear the regular cloth masks for this reason. Upon entering a Walmart in northern B.C. she was approached by an RCMP member and told that her face shield style mask was not covering her face and mouth and that she could not wear it without putting a cloth mask underneath it. My mother is of Portuguese decent and has a hard time communicating in english, especially when under stress. She had never had a problem wearing this style mask through the entire pandemic and had no idea that she would be harassed by the RCMP for wearing one. When she told the cop that she had a respiratory condition, he totally ignored what she said and he did not ask for proof of her medical exemption but simply asked her for her drivers license, wrote her a ticket for $230 and then handed it to her and walked away without explaining anything else to her! She was very traumatized by the interaction and could not understand why she was treated so disrespectfully. We filed a complaint against that police officer to no avail and it was decided that the officer did no wrong and and so my mother was given a court date in October. I am now working on filing a ‘Request for Review form’ to submit to the CRCC (Civilian Review and Complaints Commission) to appeal this decision but need some help. Do you know if these ‘Emergency Act Laws’ can actually be enforced and whether or not these fines actually need to be paid legally? If you could direct me to any sources of information concerning this topic it would be greatly appreciated. From what I remember reading last year, these Emergency Act recommendations are not actual Provincial laws and cannot be enforced as such? We want to set an example by fighting this to the bitter end to put a spot light on this chicken shit cop who had absolutely no respect or compassion for my mother and simply wanted to make his quota on tickets at the expense of a senior citizen on a fixed income. We feel that she may have also been racially profiled and discriminated against because of her accent and inability to speak fluent english. Any help you can provide will be very appreciated. David, he did admit right in his video that he did not win in court and he said why and said he would be going back to court. I guess the important thing here is probably that they may have said that they didn’t have the evidence. In any case yes, he did go , he did fight and he did stand up which I applaud. There have been many even professionals now that have said there is no evidence, the California university that looked at the 1500 pos tests tried to get a sample from CDC to compare as they had come up with influenza A and influenza B but nothing else. CDC said then they had no human sample. I think that the timing of his court case and the back down of Alberta was maybe a little to exciting for it all. I work for CN rail as a contractor, which means I’m in a Federal regulated industry. Trudeau is planning on making this covid jab mandatory for federal workers and industry. Myself with many more.of us, refuse to get the jab and wondering if there is any legal forms that I can send off to the regional supervisor, that may make them back off, I know CN rail will not want a labour shortage but Trudeau will be happy to force this jab on everyone.
I will be getting the Ontario Government exemption but CN rail is federal jurisdiction so it may not be good enough.

There are ways to put CN on notice. But one way to proceed is to show up and start unloading your crew and gear and if CN asks for vax info stop and tell them you will packup your crew and gear if that is going to be a problem for CN. At that moment they are likely to back down and try to come to some sort of an understanding, such as creating a bubble for your crew or something like that.
Have seen it done over masking and testing and quarentining. Companies need you when they need you and so contractors have a pretty good card to play. Going forward from that you have a clear precedent that you woud have made work so you can keep your crew employed and your business afloat. But without complying.

This is all bs. No one can provide the specific evidence he requested because it goes against scientific facts that have existed for 100 years. Isolating a virus in the way that KIng wants evidence for is not possible and never has been. Viruses, unlike bacteria, must be isolated within the cell where it exists.
