I’m Mirko
I’m working for Ttc
Need help before September 13 to avoid vaccination
Thank you David for working so hard to put this info together for everyone. Truly Appreciated
Thanks for your update on what I can do and say if my work starts to pressure me in to getting the vaccine, I do not believe this should be forced on us., so l will let you know if I get fired because of it.
It looks like I’m about to lose my job because of the mandate vaccine
We have until Oct 22 I believe to show proof of vaccine
I have raised these facts with my employer and yet he is still firm on mandatory vaccines and will not sign a liability form. By a certain time if i am not vaccinated i am being terminated without a severance pay. I keep asking why would i be terminated his response was without cause. I started this job in MAY of 2021 and although i am doing everything right and following all protocols in the workforce i am being targeted.
Unfortunately, you are not alone in this dilemma, as an employee with less than a year of service it is a terrible predicament. All I can say that hopefully you will find a better employer that is not falling victim to this tyrannical government! Make sure you vote! It is very important at this time.
I’d like to know what we are supposed to do for income if we are fired. It takes much too long to get anything thru the courts, especially if judges are not going to look at any of the cases. It’s getting too cold out to go camping and there isn’t anywhere to take all of our belongings to, especially if we have to rent storage. I don’t believe that anyone wants to lose their home. So, any suggestions on how we survive without income?
It is an impossible question to answer, I get your frustration, but I believe if you are here on this site, you are a critical thinker that cares for humanity and is seeking resolution to this egregious attack on Canadian citizens!
Employment Insurance is a place to start. Not the best suggestion, I know, but my life is worth more than any job, any things, any status, any dwelling and doing something out of coercion doesn’t necessarily protect my job. I had to cash in some savings, sell my property and feel my way around this situation. Many other people are in a much better position just as many others are worse off. At the end of the day, what is important?? What is happening is just plain wrong, further, it is nonsensical. A government worker that works from home must get the jab or lose their job? How does that make sense? You are correct, it could take a long time to go through the courts, but what will it take just a few wins to set precedent? To expose the lies, to draw attention to the laws and charter put in place to protect us from government tyranny.
The thing that is great about critical thinking is you get to work out what is best for you, what you believe in, and that you are the one calling the shots in YOUR life. I am not really sure what you want from this query, perhaps to vent or maybe find suggestions not previously considered. I have to look after myself and decide what my hard limits are. At the end of the day, it is up to each one of us to do what is best for ourselves. Many people have decided to look for alternate work, or to downsize or cash in savings. I do not hold anyone responsible for my life, so in the end, if you feel you have no choice I guess that is your answer. We have become a legion of people casting blame and holding our neighbours accountable for things that are within our control. In the last almost 2 years I have learned a lot about myself, grown a thicker skin, determined what is most important to me and discovered that I do alright with my needs covered. The most important thing for me is to be free!
