New Climate Documentary No Boiling Planet: Why commit economic suicide?
Europe doesn’t need an energy policy, it needs a psychiatrist. That is one of the conclusions in the new critical climate documentary: “No Boiling Planet: A Climate of False Alarm”. The feature-length documentary by Freedom Research brings together prominent scientists to scrutinize the evidence surrounding climate change. It premieres on Tuesday, November 10th at 08.00 on Clintel’s YouTube-channel.

Freedom Research’s new climate documentary “No Boiling Planet: A Climate of False Alarm” critically examines climate claims. Talking to prominent scientists and experts, like Richard Lindzen, Judith Curry and Samuel Furfari, a clear picture emerges: there is no singular consensus among scientists about the causes of climate change. Furthermore, the end-of-the-world scare scenarios should be treated with a considerable dose of skepticism.

Europe’s economic suicide
The documentary also looks critically at ‘renewable’ energy. Prof. Judith Curry concludes: “You can’t run the world without fossil fuels. We’re completely dependent on them, especially for agriculture, but also for transportation and many other things. It’s economic suicide.”
This seems especially true for Europe. The final section of No Boiling Planet delivers a stark verdict on Europe’s climate and energy policies: in its determination to achieve Net Zero by 2050, Europe is undermining its own economic foundations while making very little difference to global emissions. Prof. Samuel Furfari: “We were thinking that the rest of the world would follow us, and nobody followed us.”
Prof. Richard Lindzen on Europe: “Why commit suicide? What Europe is doing, will be of no help to the climate and will hurt Europe.” He asks: “How far will the population go in saying: we will sacrifice ourselves for a symbolic gesture? I mean, there may be guilt, there may be all sorts of things, but you don’t need an energy policy, you need a psychiatrist.”
