Have faith in yourself. As an employee we all learn to be reliant on companies for our paycheque. If anything, this is a great opportunity for you to realize that there was never such thing as job security. People that have been trading their time for dollars did it because they could just take a cheque and leave their woes at work. It appeared safe. It was easy.
WELL, being easy doesn’t mean it’s the best thing for you. When the rubber met the road for me, I discovered something about myself, and I am 100% confident that you will too.
You will be okay, NO MATTER WHAT!

I am an extremely concerned citizen about the direction our politicians wish to take us, UNLAWFULLY, against our wishes. The evidence, lying and censoring the truth about covid 19 is at an all time high.
I am not a doctor, or scientist. Nor do I need to be. There is massive censorship of these professionals funded by big pharma to silence them from exposing the truth. There are multiple law suits in Canada against the Federal and Provincial governments for their actions regarding Covid 19. The research is accumulated through thousands of our members, some of which are police, doctors, chiropractors, immunologists, and harvard educated people. We are not anti-vaxxers, nor conspiracy theorists. We are citizens that are determined to expose the truth. The mainstream media on this planet is owned by 6 large companies. The rest are subsidiaries, and all of them are being given directives to suppress anything against the narrative of lockdowns, and vaccines. There is a political agenda in play here, and our governments have turned against their people.
They are using software, and mail in ballots to keep their political figures in office to complete this agenda. Ive been awake since 2015. What I can’t believe is how asleep the general public really are. With so much out now about these jabs I fear how far gone everyone is… I work everyday with the public. I interact with 100s if not 1000s weekly… I’m good if I see 1 maybe 2 people awake as well…. That was scares me!!!! I chose to believe most are just scared and hide their views

The fear I hear many people have are being forced on a leave of absence without pay. That is at least happening to the federal workers. Now private companies are taking on that same example, so that way a leave of absence does not warrant a case. Is that true?
So many people are faced with this. I want to point out a few things:
1. the only reason this is happening is because people are allowing it too! we need to stand up against this UNLAWFUL action.
2. Do NOT quit your job, if they are not allowing you to work then they are firing you. If they fire you for not getting the jab then they are acting illegally. Further to this, placing someone on an unpaid leave, is considered constructive dismissal as it is a form of punishment. best to get advice from an employment lawyer.

4. In the case of discrimination/firing, contact an employment lawyer in your area to help you with wrongful dismissal. There is absolutely NO WAY this can be allowed to happen. I am an HR person with many years of experience and employers are not allowed to change the employment contract to suit them.
5. If you do not want the jab, do not do it to preserve your job, the truth is that NO job is SAFE from termination. wouldn’t it be a shame to do something you are against, only to lose your job anyway?

Hi all – I’m a new member to Awake Canada and need your help. I hope I’m posting this in the correct area – apologies if I’m not.
The principal at my daughters school sent me a letter Friday Oct 8th that a child in her class was exposed to a positive COVID-19 person and basically can’t attend school unless I show that she has been vaccinated. Today, (Monday Oct 11th) the principal sent a York Region Public Health letter that states, “York Region Public Health has been unable to confirm that your child is a low-risk contact. Your child is required to isolate as per their cohort dismissal and not attend school until the Safe Return Date stated in the letter (Friday’s letter said Monday Oct 18, 2021). If you feel your child should not be required to isolate based on the isolation instructions provided, please call 1-877-464-9675 ext. 67039 to be reassessed. It is important to follow the rules below for self-isolation. Students/parents/guardians who are found to be non-compliant with their isolation instructions could face charges under the Health Protection and Promotion Act (HPPA).“
My question is: Can I really be charged for sending my daughter to school and not disclosing her vaccination status? If this is unlawful what can I do to stand up for my rights?
it is possible to be “charged” for not disclosing your Childs personal medical information, However, it is not a criminal office so at worst is a fine that can be disputed or at best yet another threat from the government that is not legal. You have PIPA laws as your defence. Saying No, is the best defence for standing up for your rights. IF fines are issued dispute them as they are unconstitutional.
