How can you have stages to any re-opening, when all emergency orders have been revoked. Here is the proof of that.
This means:
- It is illegal to administer vaccines that are approved for emergency use only.
- All laws imposed during this time, (closing times, masking mandates, seating capacities) ARE OVER! NO STAGE 3 RULES, WHEN THERE IS NO EMERGENCY.
- All employees can take off their masks regardless of employers decisions. Any non compliance from employer should be referred to a lawyer.
- We have a lot of educating all the psychologically damaged people that will wear masks, social distance, and. live like this indefinitely.
- We cannot stop our fight on holding all the politicians and health ministers responsible for their actions.

Well, if you live in BC, nobody can say anything anymore, so if a 4th lockdown occurs, the important thing there is to continue this. On this site, under the navigation menu is a link to documentation. The masks don’t work page, is about as comprehensive as it gets to prove that masks to fight a pandemic are about as useful as a chain link fence is to keep mosquitos out of your yard.

Here is information regarding the fact that the emergency orders were removed in Ontario on June 9, and he did not let anyone know. Any administration of vaccines is illegal in the province of Ontario based on this.

This is to clarify the ‘revoked’ as per Randy Hillier….
The regulation that was revoked (OReg 264/21) was the regulation authorizing the use of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act (EMCPA). So the EMCPA is not in force right now.
That said, the Reopening Ontario Act (ROA) is a completely separate law, which conveys the same arbitrary and unilateral emergency authority to the Premier. So while the “State of Emergency” has been lifted, almost all the rules that restrict us remain in force, just under a different Act (the ROA).
You may recall on May 31 the government voted to extend the ROA to December 2021.
The next question you will usually get is: “Since the EMCPA is no longer in force, doesn’t that make the “Emergency Use Authorization” vaccine illegal?”, and the answer to that is:
No, that’s not how it works. “Emergency Use Authorization” (EUA) does not require a declared state of emergency- they are two totally different things. EUAs are used all the time to authorize emergency use of a procedure or medication.
Don’t conflate a declared “State of Emergency” with “Emergency Use Authorization”, they are not related at all.

I’m trying to catch somewhere (not sure if it’s in this video or another), about proving masks mandates are unnecessary and we can go about our business anywhere without them. Because some businesses are lifting the mask mandates “as long as you are fully vaccinated”. I’m searching for that in case I encounter such a situation.

My mum and I were asked by a small business owner yesterday that we wear masks; we replied that as of July 1st we are legally free to be without masks, to which ot was replied that it was the preference of the business.
I have printed off the form and will be carrying it with me to inform fellow Canadians.
You mentioned that the 14 day quarantines are no longer legal;
I’ve been desperately trying to figure out really hard how to avoid the mandatory quarantines and testings entering back into BC, Canada from the US – how would I go about claiming these civil rights ?
They were never legal. You refuse, and you take the ticket and you dispute it. They have been getting dismissed in courts because they don’t have any leg to stand on.
When you say the SoE has been revoked by the courts.. What courts? Provincial or Supreme?

Thank you David for making this video. I work for Interior Health and they are still making us ware masks at work. I don’t even work with the public or residents as I am a cook in the kitchen and feel I don’t need to wear a mask. Even when you think that now we can get back to living normal employers make their own rules which makes it frustrating.
Tell them you refuse, and if they make you, to offer that in writing. Get it in writing, and take it to a civil rights lawyer.

My work is good without taking any jabs. If anyone wants to share with others they have taken the jab it is strictly their choice. Plus, management gave strict instructions that no one can ask another colleague if they have taken it. However, my wife’s company (she works from home) expects to fill out a form answering if they have taken the jabs (1st or 2nd and the dates). Those who do not may continue working from home, but cannot return to the office and need to get a test from a mobile PCR staff. Is there any way to fight this?

Of course there is. Get it in writing, and take it to a lawyer that knows our constitutional rights. I am so versed in this now, there is no way a company could pull that shit on me. It is only fear of losing income, or other fears that are stopping this from ending. Get rid of fear, and live free.
