I am not 100% sure of if this is the responsible portion of why Alberta stopped all covid 19 measures and downgraded it too the seasonal flu, but it seems highly likely. This also means that soon we should see this in every province of our Country. Only criminal prosecution will be left for us too do.

I wonder if Patrick King would reach out to me. My son came home from Arizona Aug 1 2021 he received a 5750.00 ticket for not complying with the quarantine act? We will be fighting the to ticket. It was issued in Vancouver BC. We have 30 days and just want to be steered in the right direction as well .
Get a lawyer if you need one. But I wouldnt be surprised if your ticket does not even get registered in court. Please visit the courts, and have the person look your ticket up. See if it is even registered. They are unlawful, and if you do go to court, from the ones that I have heard made it that far, they won using the charter of rights, and a the Canadian bill of rights.

I think this is a fraud, and Kenney backed off for other reasons, and Patrick King is taking the credit. I may be wrong, but I know of immense pressure coming from multiple cases, and there is the fear of being prosecuted for crimes against humanity.

Patrick is taking credit for something the Alberta Government has decided already. It doesn’t mean they won’t change their mind. I have a transcript of the court document with Patrick King, and it is simply not true the credit he took. I will be making a video and releasing the court documents later today.
I personally didn’t hear or perceive him taking credit for the changes that are happening provincially, and regardless – he has a lot to celebrate just getting as far as he did and getting the kind of govt attn he did.
I don’t think it’s fair to use the word fraud, especially because we don’t get a lot of good news these days and he is a strong and confident advocate for all of us!

I am not sure we are seeing that we think we are seeing. We must be very careful in what we watch. If the videos are true, only people in Australia can stop whats happening. I would suggest the citizens band together and make citizens arrests in countries all over the world if the government is using force to break international law.
I’m Australian. There are no forced vaccinations going on. Lots of coercion yes, but no one is being forcibly restrained and jabbed.

This is an interesting story, but when I search for “isolate sars cov2”, several publications, I find these studies:

The urine study was only finding fragments of RNA in urine, not a virus and certainly not an isolation of any virus, not to mention PCR has been completely debunked as worthless.
The US patient study was a cell-culture. Cell cultures have millions of things in them, they may be called an “isolate” but the word is misleading-it doesn’t mean they actually found anything isolated from anything else. They are not purified versions of anything, and they went thru the same BS PCR (look up problems with Drosten PCR paper), antibodies are repurposed Sars-Cov1 antibodies, and E-M photos don’t prove what the objects really are until you’ve purified them and tested their reproducibility of illness in another hose and re-purified from the 2nd host.
Either you just don’t know how to read these kinds of papers, only read the titles, or your purposely gas lighting the discussion to throw people off.
He/she could also just be trying to get to the truth. If someone does a search for ‘has Sars-Cov-2 been isolated yet?’ you’ll get pages of sites saying yes and giving evidence supposedly proving it, you have to dig pretty deep to get to the people who are able to cut through the BS. The guy above may not have had the time to get that far. By stating our experiences on message boards such as this we can sometimes get our concerns addressed. It doesn’t mean we’re on the other team or we’re being sneaky somehow.

Other scientists have spoken up and say it is misleading as it isn’t a pure isolated sample-they haven’t taken it through an additional process. It is more than I am qualified to explain, but is related to being pure or not.
The Provincial Public health units need to produce a purified isolate nSARSCoV2 virus. Mr. King thanked Christine Massey for her work through the Freedom of Information requests that revealed no one had a purified isolate nSARSCoV2 virus. Even CDC did not have it when they created the PCR test.
At this moment the Chief Medical Officer of Alberta is scouring the province looking for a purified isolate sample of the SARSCoV2 virus and according to Dr. David E. Martin she never will.
No one has after 20 months, so they certainly are not going to now. It is a complete scam, because when you look off Sars, it is defined as the common cold, and YES, older people with respiratory problems, and even some younger people do mysteriously die from this every year. There were no excess deaths worldwide in 2020, and 2021, the excess deaths will come from the vaccinated, but blamed on a variant.
Be careful on this story. Court cases are always posted on Canlii. I see no court cases R vs King. The MSM would have picked this story regardless of their position. It is just too big not to have. Until Mr King releases his proof it’s a wait and see.
If he doesn’t produce the materials we need to sue him and the guy who’s interviewing him for not checking his sources. These psyops are purposely done to mislead us, get our hopes up, and then crushing them to take away our will to fight.

StewPeters.tv and some others have taken this out of context a little bit. Patrick King DID NOT win his court case and he DID NOT cause the Alberta government to drop all C19 mandates. What he DID do was get them to admit that they don’t have evidence in the form of an isolated virus. This is a stepping stone, not an outright win. BUT… it is a huge step!

I have read the transcript from the May 9th trial and it was adjourned without result or verdict. Is this the last date that the courts heard this case? Patrick is claiming to have won but I would like to see when the last day of the case was and see the transcript from that day. There is nothing in the May 9th transcript that shows that Deena Hinshaw was even present let alone asked to deliver proof that the virus was isolated. I want to believe that Patrick has shown the way but I need the proof that this really occured.

Attention! Patrick, in his own words, has said he DID NOT win his court case but HAS WON in the court of PUBLIC OPINION! He indicated in the videos I have watched of him that, although he did not win his court case, he was able to expose that the government DOES NOT have the material evidence necessary to prove that the “virus” has ever been isolated. Therefore, the lockdowns and other pandemic measures (and presumably, the development of the “vaccine” and the push to get everyone vaccinated) does NOT have the “science” to back-up the plandemic. IMO, he is NOT a fraud since he also admitted that the reopening of Alberta had already been in the works BEFORE his court case.

I see nothing in the above linked transcript regarding Deena Hinsha’s subpoena to provide evidence of SARS-COV2 isolation, or any statement of her inability to provide said requested evidence. So, what was the point of the transcript if not as conclusive evidence of Mr. King’s widely publicized claim?
Apparently, this is the first transcript, and there is another one that she has stated that there is no isolated virus. I don’t think it is as big of news, as originally described. I think the hype is, that now we have it in writing. When I posted this, I was not aware of a second transcript.
