It’s obvious why they don’t work if you go through a Canadian court system. You lost the game as soon as you enter their arena. Law or not, tyrannical leaders hold no authority over people that understand human rights. I am wondering if the mNRA is pattented by government and business does that not mean that people who carry this pattented mRNA in their bodie are transformed humans and by simply having this in their bodies now theoretically are property of Corporations and governments? 01 Acquaintances concerned with the illegality of the God damned Lockdown, asked for my take on the Marcus Ray phenomenon. First time I came upon Mr Ray, was … a video shown at an EVENT on the grounds of the Legislature in Victoria. Not long after, I saw him in person, speaking there. He didn’t impress me much, one way or another. Shaking hands as he strolled by on the street in costume with his handler Brett Forsythe, he seemed just an ordinary guy in his trademark Big Hat. So my opinion is based mostly on what I get out of a few videos where he speaks for himself plus the latest email to his audience.
02 the pith and substance of which, is … he and a few others = the directing mind of his Plan = … will show up with thousands of supporters at a courthouse somewhere on a date yet to be determined, for “the largest event in Canadian history” !! direct quote. The language used indicates how UNlearned he is in due process of Her Majesty’s Courts. Supposedly ‘escorting Christopher James in to a courtroom to file paperwork for an audience with a judge’ is not how one goes about it. Read the Rules of the place, ie. start at the Registry Counter. Setting the stage for confrontation, he asks “what if the Courts refuse to give Christopher James his time to speak?” He repeatedly emphasizes such a stunt will be peaceful. Having seen the evil Red Fascisti when its mask of civility slips, I predict the scenario will very quickly turn his followers in to martyrs.
03 One of the tactics he’s voiced, is, that, when warned and challenged by assembled law enforcement, his group will “bow the knee”. Bow the knee to whom, or what? Prepared to go limp as they’re carted-off to gaol? Then what? Confer with Tamara Lich, as to how that plays out. There is a time and place to go to gaol. [ I’ve been there. I didn’t like it. ] Those who feel frustrated now … on the outside … will learn another dimension to power-less-ness, incarcerated. No, sitting in gaol is dead time / with very rare exception, a waste of time.
04 The Bible directs “call no man a fool without a cause”. My conclusion that Marcus Ray is a fool comes from my own experiences, on the street for the last 2 years, in front of the office of that viper, Bonnie Henry, and also, at the Legislature, warning and informing all-concerned, re the SARS2Covid19 HOAX. I make sure people know I never pretend to be a lawyer. Yet – from involvement on the receiving end of prosecutions for allegations of criminality cooked-up by my political enemies – I have a better understanding than he does, how it goes when the govt. perverts the legal racket against a critic. Which is what he’s headed for.
05 Against my 35 years’ in the Halls of INjustice, Marcus Ray is a child who blew in from nowhere, learned the game of the internet, publishing delusions of grandeur to get the attention he craves. Whatever success he’s had merchandising The Plan is far out of proportion to authentic depth of support. Comes to mind, comedians Bob + Doug Mackenzie, sitting around their basement suite … well in to a twofour case of beer, riffing off each other’s ( very limited ) grasp of the Canadian legal system. Marcus Ray and straight man Christopher James don’t have 2 clues to rub together as to what will happen, were they to try that stuff in the real world. Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.
06 The notion that his posse qualifies as “Constitutional Sheriffs”, is not only non-sense, it’s dangerous non-sense. Yes, there are such according to the Constitution of the united States of America. But not in the Dominion of Canada. Mis-leading folks to believe that calling his-self Sheriff Marcus, when he’s not ! as pretext for invading a provincial Courthouse, is very close to breaching sections 22 and / or 70 of the Criminal Code of Canada. Counselling an indictable offence : organizing a para-military. His fantasy would be good for a few laughs on the local tv news. But people who were tricked in to the “insurrection” of Jan 06 2021 in Washington D. C. and languish in prison since, are not laughing. How the Truckers were mistreated by Justin Castro Trudeau revealed the venal heart of the Liberal Party. Who salivate at the prospect of this gaggle of naifs being apprehended in the very act ! After which, they’ll be pilloried on national tv doing the PerpWalk. Exactly what suits the Traitors for dis-crediting the whole Freedom Movement.
07 Marcus Ray announced he will do something by the end of September 2022. So = the thing that he needs to clarify, is : what is the premise for the Appearance they’ve announced they will make ? Is there an action underway, in one of Her Majesty’s Courts, somewhere in Canada, to which he or Christopher James are party ? Does he / Mr James have in hand paperwork close enough to qualify, for getting across the Registry counter, in order to make an appointment to be heard by a tribune? Or is The Plan that, when The Call is made, a-thousand-or-so guys will just swarm a Courthouse, demanding an audience with whoever happens to be on the Bench? If there is documentation which sets out the premise of their Demands, let’s see it.

A very well written critique of Marcus. The one point I think that people are missing from what he is saying is that regardless of if his actions work or not, he is coming from a sincere place in helping Canada. I am a good judge of intent. Intent can lead to wrong actions. I think everyone needs to leave people alone on their own path of this and stop bashing other people that have different ideas of how to win this war. You may be right on that all of the people that attend this may end up being martyrs, but make so mistake, every war has martyrs, and some battles are worth it. Whether this one is or not remains to be seen. Only history can tell us if this happens if it was good for the freedom movement or not.
Speculation is that and that alone.
